This Program consists of 4 sessions. 
In the first trimester, I work on your spine and posture. We will discuss the safest nutrition for you and your baby. We will also identify nutritional imbalances to enhance the proper development of your child. 
In the second trimester, I will check your spine and the body. Then I will relax your muscles and improve the flow of body fluids. I will educate you on how to prevent potential infections in pregnancies. Taking antibiotics or other drugs during pregnancy is contraindicated. 
In the third trimester, I will check your spine and posture correct any issues. Then I  will provide you with manual lymphatic therapy to relieve the heaviness in your legs. We may discuss natural remedies which may help in relaxation and management of anxiety just before, during, and after the “big day in your life.” 
The last visit should be in about 7 -11 weeks after baby is born. I will check if your bones returned back to symmetrical alignment. The failure of your pelvis return to a full symmetry may cause chronic back or pelvis pain. If you had C-section, we will check and release any restriction and congestion which are not uncommon after this procedure. For the purpose of prevention, we will discuss the food introduction for your child (usually when baby is 6 months old) in order to avoid risk of allergies and related skin issues, digestive problems like irritable bowels, or anxiety in the future.
